Giving a watery texture to the image of a human body
Process the image of a human body to give it a watery texture. If you prepare the material by yourself, you may use a photo of a part of the body, such as an arm or leg.
In this example, the [Chrome] filter is used to give the image a metallic texture as if it were chrome-plated. Let's try using the [Chrome] filter to give the image a dazzling effect such as the way water reflects light. A suitable image for this purpose is one with a clear contrast between bright and dark areas. This example uses a 200 dpi (2339 x 1654 pixels) A4-size image to give the filtered result the effect of a watery smoothness.

BEFORE AFTER
Give a human body a metallic texture using the [Chrome] filter and change its color to a watery one. Then, give it a transparent feel like water by making the body partially translucent so the background can be seen through it.

Design Flow
1.Creating a new layer and filling it with gradations
First, create a background gradation. Open the original image and double-click the [background] layer to change it to [Layer 0]. Create a new layer, move it to the bottom, and fill it using the [Gradient Tool].
2.Selecting and deleting all areas other than the human body
Switch to [Edit in Quick Mask Mode] and drag on the image of the human body using the [Brush Tool]. All areas other than the image of the human body are selected. Delete these areas so the background gradation can be seen.
3.Giving the human image a watery texture
Tune the brightness of the human image in the [Levels] dialog box and apply the [Chrome] filter to give the image a metallic texture. To make the human image look like water, use [Hue/Saturation] to change the color to light blue and use the [Eraser Tool] to erase portions of the image.
4.Entering text
Select a foreground color and enter text using the [Horizontal Type Tool]. To finish, set a font and a font size and move the text layer behind the human image layer.
