| Select [Color Balance] from [Adjustments] in the [Image] menu. In the dialog box that
appears, adjust the sliders as shown in the figure. Of course, you may adjust them as you like instead of
using the settings in the figure. |

| Select [Replace Color] from [Adjustments] in the [Image] menu. Move aside the dialog
box that appears so it does not overlap the image. On the image, point the mouse cursor at a bright skin
area and click. In the dialog box, adjust the [Fuzziness] slider until the bright skin area is displayed
as white on its monochrome screen. |

| To change the color of the bright skin area, adjust the three sliders in the lower
half of the dialog box. In this example, the sliders are set as shown in the figure. After making the adjustments,
click [OK]. |

| Open the [Replace Color] dialog box as in [2-2] and [2-3]. Now, adjust the colors
in the shaded skin areas. |
