| Open the image to be processed. Any light image can be processed to appear as if viewed
through colored cellophane. |

| Select [Layer] from [New] in the [Layer] menu, and enter the name of the layer in
[Name] in the dialog box. Click [OK]. |

| Click [Foreground color] in the lower part of the toolbox, and set [R] to 255, [G]
and [B] to 0 in the [Color Picker] displayed. Click [OK]. |

| Click [Background color] in the lower part of the toolbox as well. Set [R] and [G]
to 255, and [B] to 0 in the [Color Picker] displayed. Click [OK]. |

| Make sure that cellophane layer is selected in the layers palette, and select the
[Rectangular Marquee Tool]. Drag and select the smaller area of the image. |

| Select [Clouds] from [Render] in the [Filter] menu. Random mottling is created in
the colors added in [1-3] and [1-4]. |

| Select the [Zoom Tool], and click the image several times while pressing the [Alt]
key. The image is zoomed out. |

| Select [Scale] from [Transform] in the [Edit] menu. Drag each of the four corners
of the selected area, and enlarge the cloud pattern created in [1-6] so that the entire image of the background
layer is covered. When you decide on the correct zooming size, click [Commit Transform] on the [Tool options]
bar. |
