Positive film has black edges around the image. Create an edge around the image and
erase it at random using the [Eraser] tool so that the photo looks like it has been made using old film.
In addition, make it appear to be posted on the wall with Scotch tape. |

| Reduce the original image and load the transparent part of the
background layer as a selected area. Create a new layer and execute [Draw Boundary] to draw a black
edge. Erase the edge at random using the [Eraser] tool. Create another new layer and reproduce the
Scotch tape portion. |

1. Reducing the image and
creating a black edge around the image
Change the background layer to the normal layer, and reduce the original image. Load the selected
area in the image, create a new layer, and execute [Draw Boundary]. |

2. Erasing the edge at random
to create the impression of an old photo
Select the edge layer, drag it using the [Eraser] tool and erase the black edge at random. If it
is erased too far, the photo will not look like a positive film. Be careful when performing this
process. |
3. Making the photo appear
to be posted with Scotch tape
Create a new layer, create a selected area in the form of Scotch tape and paint it out. Adjust
the location by rotating the area, and make the photo appear to be a positive film posted with
Scotch tape. |
4. Making the Scotch tape
part appear transparent
Duplicate the layer for the Scotch tape, and create two parts for the Scotch tape: one part on
the positive film and the other part attached to the wall. Change [Blending Mode] in the layer,
and make the Scotch tape appear transparent. |
5. Making the positive film
appear three-dimensional
Arrange the Scotch tape portion and the positive film portion of the layers, and add a shadow using
[Drop Shadow] to make it appear three-dimensional. |
