| Then, add a layer mask to the above layer of the image in sepia. Select [Reveal All]
from [Add Layer Mask] in the [Layer] menu. Make sure that a layer mask is added to the right of the sepia
layer. |

| Make sure that the layer mask is selected in the layers palette. The thumbnail of
an active layer mask has a double line around it. Then, make sure that that [Foreground color] is set to
black, and select the [Brush Tool] in the toolbox. Set the brush size on the [Tool options] bar. |

| Drag in the part you want to be colored. In the painted part, the image in sepia is
hidden and the background layer image appears. If you make a mistake in dragging, use the [Eraser Tool].
The image in sepia will reappear. |
