Karashishi-mon (Chinese lion pattern) features the image of a Chinese lion. In China, the lion symbolized elegance and bravery. This stylized image of a lion found its way into Japanese culture, where it was called a "Chinese lion." The Chinese lion symbol is combined with clouds in this original chiyogami design. There are light blue, black, and maroon versions available for download.
